We are presently recruiting for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Sandy, UT.

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager. In this role, you will provide essential support to our property management team in overseeing and maintaining commercial properties. You will assist in various aspects of property management, including tenant relations, lease administration, property maintenance, and financial management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask.

  • Assist the commercial property manager in day-to-day operations, including tenant inquiries, lease administration, and rent collection.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in the negotiation and execution of lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Maintain tenant records, including lease agreements, correspondence, and contact information.
  • Prepare and distribute tenant communications, including notices, announcements, and memos.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Assists with preparation of Common Area Maintenance (CAM) annual tenant reconciliations, invoices and related correspondence.
  • Support the commercial property manager in coordinating property marketing and tenant retention efforts.
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure effective property management operations.
  • Stay updated on local market trends, regulations, and best practices in commercial property management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of commercial property management experience (required)
  • 1+ year of CAM Budgeting/Reconciliations
  • Real Estate License (preferred)
  • Ability to pass a background and credit check (required
  • Entrata Software Experience (strongly preferred)
